Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ade44 online casino and sports betting platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality offered through https://ade44.org (the "Platform"). ade44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including at the point of a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction or closure and the withholding of any pending balances pending investigation.
Account Registration and Security
Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on ade44. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal details. By submitting your registration, you represent that all information provided is true, complete and up to date. The following conditions apply to all ade44 accounts:
- You must maintain the security of your username and password. ade44 will never ask you to share your password with any member of staff or via any channel.
- Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
- You must notify ade44 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or if you have lost access to your registered mobile number.
- Account information, including your registered mobile number and email address, must be kept current. Outdated contact details may prevent account recovery or delay withdrawal processing.
ade44 may carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point during your account lifecycle. This is standard practice for online gaming platforms and is intended to protect both users and the integrity of the Platform. Verification documents may include a national ID, passport or recent utility bill. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal limits applied to their account.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
ade44 supports a range of local and international payment methods for players in Bangladesh. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your ade44 account balance instantly.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to local mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of the request being approved.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
- ade44 does not charge fees on local wallet transactions. Fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g. bKash service charges) are outside ade44's control and are the player's responsibility.
- Pending withdrawal requests may be reviewed as part of routine fraud-prevention and KYC checks. ade44 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing a withdrawal.
In cases where ade44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms, it may freeze the account and withhold funds pending a full investigation. If the investigation substantiates the suspicion, ade44 reserves the right to forfeit the balance and close the account permanently.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
ade44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. The following principles apply to all bonus offers on ade44:
- Each bonus offer is available once per player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating duplicate accounts to claim a bonus multiple times will result in all accounts being closed and bonuses forfeited.
- Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- ade44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress for an active player will be honoured.
- Bonus funds may only be used on the games specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories will not contribute to the rollover requirement.
- Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
ade44 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, hedging bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of mathematical loopholes in promotional terms, or coordinated claim activity identified as abuse by our risk management team. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ade44 will void all bonuses credited to the account and may close the account permanently.
Responsible Gaming
ade44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm among its players. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated via account settings or by contacting support:
- Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your ade44 account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly; increases take 48 hours to apply as a cooling-off safeguard.
- Session reminders: configure time-based alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration. Reminders appear as on-screen notifications and do not interrupt active gameplay unless you choose to act on them.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ade44 Platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances:
- Opening or operating more than one account per individual, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform or exploit promotional offers.
- Collusion with other players to fix outcomes, share game information in real time during live dealer sessions, or coordinate betting patterns across multiple accounts.
- Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity or that are intended to conceal the origin of illegally obtained money (money laundering).
- Harassing, threatening or abusing ade44 staff members, other players or any third party associated with the Platform via any communication channel.
ade44 employs real-time transaction monitoring and risk-management systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, ade44 reserves the right to freeze the account and associated funds immediately, conduct a full internal investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required. Players found to have engaged in money laundering will be reported without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ade44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, audio and visual materials — is the property of ade44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from ade44.
The ade44 brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of ade44. Unauthorised use of these marks — including use in third-party websites, advertising materials or social media accounts that imply affiliation with or endorsement by ade44 — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ade44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, interruptions to service caused by maintenance, cyberattacks or circumstances outside ade44's reasonable control.
ade44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We recommend that players keep their devices and browsers updated to ensure the best possible performance and security when using the ade44 Platform.
Account Suspension and Termination
ade44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by ade44.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms, including age eligibility.
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and cash funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own voluntary request and there is no outstanding breach, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds) will be paid out subject to standard KYC verification.
Amendments to These Terms
ade44 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, industry standards, platform features or business operations. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — ade44 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, by email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request.
